GPS SHIELD

The GPS Shield extension is an additional board that extends the capabilities of the Micromis Base V1 platform with localization functions. It includes the Quectel L70 GPS module, which is a chip used to read GPS (Global Positioning System) signals transmitted by satellites. With this, the GPS Shield overlay allows you to determine the exact geographic position and speed of the device moving with the Micromis Base V1 platform.

It includes the Quectel L70 GPS module, which is a chip used to read GPS (Global Positioning System) signals transmitted by satellites. With this, the GPS Shield overlay allows you to determine the exact geographic position and speed of the device moving with the Micromis Base V1 platform.
The Quectel L70 GPS module is equipped with an integrated SMA connector, which allows the connection of an external GPS antenna. With the use of an external antenna, it is possible to achieve better signal quality and greater accuracy in determining geographic position.
The GPS Shield overlay is a useful extension for the Micromis Base V1 platform that allows the use of location-based functions. Using the Quectel L70 GPS module and the ability to connect an external GPS antenna, the overlay provides accurate and precise determination of the geographic position and speed of the device. This can be very useful in a wide variety of applications, such as navigation, transportation monitoring or tracking the position of various types of devices.
